SYGAP is an enterprise IT ticketing management system designed to streamline service operations. I contributed responsive frontend interfaces for authentication, ticket and incident workflows, operational dashboards, SLA visibility, and the shared knowledge base.
The interface brings open requests, in-progress work, resolution status, and team knowledge into one maintainable workspace with clear states across light and dark modes.
